Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

  • The products are unwashed and not used in any way
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.
  • The product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign.
  • You will pay return shipping charges as well as shipping charges when the item was originally shipped.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
